      We are looking for highly motivated security officers to join our ever growing team here at Bingham. You must be willing and able to learn new skills and adapt to change often, as the medical field is ever changing. You must have good communication skills and be detail oriented.       JOB REQUIREMENTS
      Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
      Minimum Work Experience: 1 or more years of law enforcement/security experience perferred.
      Required Licenses / Certifications: Training in Basic Life Support, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Defensive tactics and Retention Holds.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
      Plans, develops and administers the hospital security and loss prevention programs which provide for the management of asset protection, personnel protection, access/key control, emergency preparedness, hazardous communications, parking and traffic control. Must be eligible to participate in the employer vehicle driver pool. Provides patient transportation services using a designated Bingham Healthcare vehicle. Provides courier services between Blackfoot based entities that are part of the Bingham Healthcare organization. Manages the schedule for Security Officer coverage and ensures there are no uncovered days. Attends Safety Office meetings. Provides daily recap reports and informs management of areas for concern. Other duties as assigned.
