      Job Description

      As a Security Officer - Entertainment Site in Baltimore, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

      As an unarmed patrol officer at this location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, interacting with guests and staff, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. Your presence and professionalism contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the overall well-being of everyone on site.

      Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

      Job Schedule:

      DayTimeSat05:00 PM - 01:00 AMSun05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
      • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
      • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
      • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
      • Customer service experience is preferred.
      • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
      • A valid guard card or security license is preferred.
      • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
      • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
      • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
      • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
      • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
      • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
      • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
