- Assist guests and employees in a variety of situations concerning guest/employees.
- Respond to and investigate incidents and accidents concerning the welfare of guests, employees and property. Respond and react calmly and quickly in crises situations as well as make rational decisions; complete documentation as well as recall specific details on incidents and person involved in incidents.
- Communicate directly with outside authorities: Metro police department, Fire Department and Paramedics as needed in response to property incidents.
- Comply with all policies and procedures of the department and company.
- Provide direction and instruction to guests/employees in emergency situations, as well as follow orders given by outside agencies and Tropicana management.
- Knowledgeable in investigations, gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Must provide Team Members and Guests with Family Style Service.
- Handles all monetary transactions between the Cage and Gaming Tables in compliance with Gaming regulations, and as requested by Management.
- Distributes gaming table cash boxes and handle box pulls for count team.
- Provides escort for slot drop, stand-bys, etc. as needed.

SUMMARY: Responsible for protecting company assets, employees, and guests in accordance with company policy. Experience in security / law enforcement field preferred / Military background preferred .

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED, 3 years’ experience, Driver’s License, Alcohol Awareness Card, Gaming License Must be certified for CPR and AED cards, Must be able to restrain adults in excess of 200 lbs. Clean MVR 36 month not to exceed 3 points.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Run, Stand for long periods of time or shift, Work in hot or cold temperatures, Walk Entire Shift, Maneuver in confined spaces, Walk up and down stairs, Guest Contact, Reach, Bend, Stoop, Twist, Hear, Type/Computer Literate, Tolerate high noise areas, Speak/Read/Write/Understand English, Work in outdoor weather conditions (hot/cold), Work flexible schedules, Work in second-hand smoke environment, Push/Pull up to 150 pounds, Lift up to 60 pounds, Accurate money/chip handling, Sit for long periods of time
LANGUAGE SKILLS :
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
