      THE JOB :

      As a Security Officer, you’ll be part of a highly trained team dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment at T-Mobile and Grand Garden Arenas. Acting as a visible presence and first line of response, you’ll play a critical role in addressing security concerns, responding to emergencies, and supporting life safety efforts.

      THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 / Per Hour

      THE DAY-TO-DAY:

      • Provide excellent service to guests and employees; help resolve any complaints or issues
      • Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the outside, using a bicycle or company vehicle
      • Secure emergency scenes to prevent more damage or harm, alert others to danger, call emergency responders, and lead evacuations if needed
      • Write reports about daily activities and any unusual events, such as damage, theft, or accidents
      • Use phones or two-way radios to send and receive messages, including emergency calls

      THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

      • Must be 18 years of age or older
      • One (1) year of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
      • Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
      • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
      • This position is event based - must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
