Summary of Job Duties:

Works under the direct supervision of the Shift or Administrative Sergeant. The Security Officer is responsible for inside patrol and public assistance.

Qualifications:

• • High School Diploma / GED
  • At least 19 years of age
  • Current and Valid driver's license
  • Ability to walk a minimum of 8 to 12 miles in an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to climb stairwells
  • Ability to maintain and communicate a good rapport with the campus population
