- Respond promptly to incidents, complaints, and alarms.

- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification and Licensure:
- CT State Certified Security Guard.
- Current CT Driver License.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Physical capability to perform patrol duties and handle emergency situations.

Scope of Position :
Waterbury Health is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for responding to incidents, complaints, and alarms, completing necessary written reports, greeting and assisting employees, visitors, and patients, and patrolling buildings and grounds. Additionally, the Security Officer will direct traffic, enforce parking regulations, and intervene in situations where individuals may pose a danger to themselves or others.
