Job Description

- You will grow your skills and experience in a hospitality atmosphere
- Assist patrons and fellow employees
- Be aware of and anticipate problems with patrons
- Look for hazards and report them immediately to Security Supervisor
- Ensure sure no alcohol leaves the facility
- Watch section and enforce all Wings Stadium policies; watch Chuck-A-Puck closely and events when things are thrown on the ice
- After the event, watch doors and patrons leave and be visible at all exits
- Document any concerns and or maintenance problems after shift - use specific reports: Maintenance Report, Motor Vehicle Report, Incident Report, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills
- EMT certified is preferred, but not required
- Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
- Able to stoop and bend
- Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
- Able to comply with safety and health code standards
