  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide 3rd level technical support for all deployed security tools
  - Perform daily administration tasks and maintain version status for all deployed products and policies
  - Maintain and help manage all security tools, including threat protection software, SIEM, SOAR/SIR, EDR, and email ATP solution
  - Assist in the creation and monitoring of dashboards and logs for abnormal behaviors and intrusions
  - Administer the secure email gateway to prevent SPAM, Phishing, and Malware from entering the environment
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  - Minimum 3 years of experience in the cybersecurity field
  - Knowledge of client and server operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)
  - Knowledge or experience with PKI management (Cloud or On-prem)
  - Strong emphasis on Microsoft security suite
  - Subject matter expertise in Antivirus Software, Host-based firewall, Full Disk Encryption, Application Whitelisting, and File Integrity Monitoring
  - Subject matter expertise in managing Email Gateway solutions
  - Knowledge of Email Security protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  - Working knowledge of EDR solutions and/or Zscaler is required
  - Cybersecurity or IT-related certifications (Security+, GSEC, CISSP, equivalent) are a plus
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Additional cybersecurity or IT-related certifications
  - Experience with other industry-leading security tools and technologies
  - Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
  - Familiarity with cloud security solutions
  - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
