Serve as the initial point of contact at the front guard shack, providing a courteous and professional experience for all employees, visitors, and vendors.
Direct visitors and contractors to appropriate buildings and promptly notify their internal point of contact to confirm arrival.
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally; coordinate with internal staff and delivery personnel as needed.
Maintain a strong focus on customer service, balancing hospitality with strict adherence to access control protocols.
Stay vigilant and observant at all times, promptly reporting safety concerns or unusual activity.
Ensure the guard shack remains clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
Accurately document all visitor and vehicle activity, as well as any incidents, in detailed daily reports.
Provide front desk coverage for the client’s receptionist during breaks, lunches, or absences to ensure continuous front desk operations.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Starting Pay: $19.00 / hour paid WEEKLY with DailyPay options & benefits!

Schedule: Monday to Friday – Morning Shift.
