- Req#: JR103538
- Greets and assists all patients, visitors and staff with way-finding, information and other requests in a friendly, capable and professional manner.
- Monitors hospital lobbies (including entryways and adjoining common space); promptly addresses and reports safety, security, housekeeping, customer service and other concerns that may negatively impact patients, visitors and staff.
- Maintains an efficient, professional workspace including: lobby desks, entryways and common spaces.
- Initiates and maintains communication with other reception positions; is liaison with on- duty Security Staff to communicate relevant information.

Under the general direction of the Director of Support Services and the direct supervision of the Lead Security Receptionist: Provides friendly, competent and professional reception services in an efficient and timely manner to all patients, visitors and staff at the hospital lobbies.
Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma or GEDJob Type: Full Time (72 hours every two weeks)
Shift Length:
Week 1 - Tu, W, Th Sa 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Week 2 - Su, Tu, W, Th, F 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Weekend Frequency: Every other weekend
Wage Range: $14.50-$18.90
Required Education: High School diploma or GED
