Under the direction of the Security Manager, the incumbent performs all Security functions on a shift basis; prepares and maintains all Security Department personnel paperwork and files. High school diploma or GED as well as one (1) year of law-enforcement experience or one (1) year casino supervisory experience. Knowledge of local/state/Federal safety regulations desirable. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. Must be able to deal with large numbers of guests and remain professional under stressful situations. Ability to remain clam under pressure. The environment is that of a casino floor dealing with the general public in a fast paced atmosphere with a moderate amount of noise and smoke. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
