Job Description: The Site Manager reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for coordinating security operations, ensuring compliance, managing personnel, and serving as the primary liaison between management and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the US
• Minimum 18 years old
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Live within driving distance or willing to relocate
• Current BSIS guard card
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication skills
• Judgment, decision-making, supervisory, and mentoring skills
• Willingness to learn and improve processes

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years in security management
• At least 3 years in corporate security
• Experience in training development and implementation
• Associates Degree or related experience preferred
• Military, security, or law enforcement experience preferred
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR, Diversity/EO/SHARP/Sensitivity, Leadership & Management preferred
