      Job Description

      The Site Manager reports to the Operations Manager. Main responsibilities include:

      • Coordinate changes to Inter-Con posture and disseminate information from leadership or the client.
      • Ensure security briefs are accurately updated with supervisors.
      • Handle unplanned client requests.
      • Coordinate client training exercises.
      • Perform quality control on Supervisors.
      • Ensure deployment requirements are met.
      • Maintain trackers, rosters, and metrics.
      • Audit daily operations.
      • Manage personnel changes between sites.
      • Lead weekly program syncs.
      • Update presentation slides for accuracy.
      • Inform leadership of discrepancies or important information from client management.
      • Serve as primary contact between management and supervisors regarding employee issues.
      • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
      • Facilitate delivery of documentation, including updates and reports.

      Requirements

      • Eligible for employment in the US.
      • At least 18 years old.
      • Pass extensive background check and drug screening.
      • Reside within driving distance or willing to relocate.
      • Current BSIS guard card.
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Effective communication skills.
      • Strong judgment, decision-making, and supervisory skills.
      • Ability to understand and follow instructions and work as part of a team.
      • Willingness to learn and improve processes.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 2 years in security management.
      • Minimum 3 years in corporate security.
      • Experience in training development and implementation.
      • Degree or experience in Justice Studies, Emergency Mitigation, Business Administration, or related fields.
      • Military, security, or law enforcement experience preferred.
      • Certifications in First Aid/CPR, Diversity/EO/SHARP/Sensitivity, Leadership & Management preferred.
