      Job Description

      The Site Manager reports to the Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include:

      • Coordinate changes to Inter-Con posture and communicate updates from leadership or clients
      • Ensure security briefs are accurate and current
      • Handle unplanned client requests
      • Coordinate client training exercises
      • Perform quality control on supervisors
      • Ensure deployment standards are met
      • Maintain trackers, rosters, and metrics
      • Audit daily operations
      • Manage personnel changes across sites
      • Lead weekly program meetings
      • Update presentation slides for accuracy
      • Keep leadership informed of discrepancies or issues
      • Serve as primary contact between management and supervisors
      • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
      • Facilitate delivery of documentation

      Requirements

      • Eligible to work in the U.S.
      • At least 18 years old
      • Pass background check and drug screening
      • Reside within commuting distance or willing to relocate
      • Current BSIS guard card
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Effective communication skills
      • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
      • Ability to supervise and mentor
      • Willingness to learn and improve processes

      Qualifications

      • At least 2 years in security management
      • At least 3 years in corporate security
      • Experience in training personnel
      • Associate's Degree or equivalent in relevant fields
      • Military, security, or law enforcement experience preferred
      • Proficiency in SOP writing
      • Certifications in First Aid/CPR, Diversity/EO/SHARP, Leadership & Management preferred
