- Working as a client liaison between GardaWorld and the property for efficient operations.
- Regular communication regarding schedules, and day-to-day operations with shift leads.
- Continuously monitor staff performance for improvement within the team.
- Perform audits and inspections of the services and vendor personnel and ensuring clients requirements are met.
- Tracking and coordinating training for all guards
- Attend various meetings on a regular basis including but not limited to health and safety, security, performance, investigations etc.
- Supervise, lead, coordinate and organize security guards and teams as needed.
- Must be able to commute to Airdrie, Balzac and SE Calgary.
- This position reports directly to the Site Manager.
- Valid Alberta security guard license and first aid card
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Available to work the day shift
- Must be living in Canada for a minimum of five years to qualify for reliability clearance status check
- 1 year of experience in security minimum in a site security supervisor capacity, demonstrating leadership and managements skills.
