Job Skills / Requirements

This postion requires a minimum of 2 years' Security supervisory experience, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Average hours per week: 40

Pay rate: $25.00 per hour

Shift availability: Monday through Friday, 1st shift (mornings)

What you will do

• Provide leadership to the Security team within the assigned portfolio, overseeing the selection, scheduling, training, coaching, mentoring, performance management, disciplinary action, and overall support for Supervisors and Security Officers.
• Provide quality assurance oversight of all reporting, including incident reporting. Coordinate the portfolio’s site reporting to client organization(s.)
• Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating an overall security program within the portfolio, including Security plans, Policy & Procedure Manuals, and OSHA programs.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Are at least 21 years of age
• Have a minimum of 2 years' Security supervisor experience
• Have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
• Have a valid Washington State Security License
• Have computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Have the ability to Lead, plan, organize, delegate and problem solve.
• Have the ability to effectively supervise / manage employees.
• Have effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally, including delivering presentations to groups.
• Are able to function effectively in a highly dynamic environment.
• Are able to maintain professionalism in all situations.
