      What does a CBSA Security Supervisor do?

      • Lead a team of Security Guards, including coaching and mentoring them to success.
      • Assign guards to their posts and daily assignments, ensuring all guards follow all post orders and complete audits.
      • Provide on-going training to your security team.
      • De-escalation of situations and managing and reporting emergency incidences.
      • Support and provide assistance as needed.

      Qualifications to become a CBSA Security Supervisor

      • A valid Ontario security guard license
      • A current first aid/CPR certificate
      • Canadian citizen or permanent residency in Canada for 5 years
      • 1 year of previous experience working in the vulnerable sector
      • 1 year security guard experience
      • Graduate of a Canadian educational organization (such as high school, secondary, or vocational)
      • RAIC clearance
      • Available to work weekends
