- Participate in professional workshops and other career development programs.
- Engage in in-person and virtual lunch socials.
- Job Shadowing and/or Job Rotations with other participating departments
- Opportunity for Professional Image Consulting with LinkedIn, social media and Resume enhancements.
- High Level of interpersonal skills and ability to exercise sound judgement.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
