- Design and lead engaging group fitness classes for a broad range of fitness levels
- Provide exercise instruction, ensuring proper form and technique
- Create a motivating and welcoming environment for participants
- Promote CRW group fitness programs to the campus community
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
- Solicit and incorporate feedback to enhance class experiences
- Adapt to various personality styles and fitness levels
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Develop individualized fitness plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Conduct fitness assessments and track clients' progress
- Provide one-on-one exercise instruction and guidance
- Ensure clients' safety by monitoring proper form and technique
- Promote CRW personal training services to the campus community
- Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and sessions
- Apply risk management strategies to ensure clients' safety
- Enhance your skills through professional development and training
- Perform other duties as assigned
