      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for financial assistance functions and ensure compliance with policies
      - Monitor processes and performance of self-pay and collection agency vendors
      - Liaise with self-pay vendors and patients to address financial inquiries
      - Prepare and interpret statistical reports to assess performance metrics
      - Collaborate with various departments including Finance, Managed Care, and Social Services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Hospital Revenue Cycle, coding, or case management
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer rules
      - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in computerized billing systems preferred

      - Experience in a hospital or clinical setting related to billing and revenue cycle
      - Demonstrated analytical skills for report preparation and interpretation
      - Exceptional customer service skills and ability to engage with diverse populations
