Job Description
- Req#: JP-005285854
- Spend 30 minutes in the laser room monitoring, documenting, and cleaning steel parts sent in from clients.
- Process, test, and package parts and assemblies received from high-tech manufacturing customers in a controlled cleanroom environment.
- Follow written work instructions and procedures, ensuring each step is completed and annotated.
- Perform tasks adhering to cleanroom garments, PPE, and quality protocols.
- Support inventory management to maintain proper stocking levels.
- Ensure work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained.
- Chemical handling and testing
- Mechanical aptitude
- Documentation and computer skills, particularly with Word, ERP, and engineering documentation for safety SOPs
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and operations teams
- Troubleshooting skills
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- Mechanical assembly of parts and tools
- Experience with reading basic schematics and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Proven documentation skills with 2+ years of computer usage experience
- Comfortable working with chemicals, with occasional tasks at a wet bench onsite

Join our team as a Semiconductor Technician and contribute to the 24/7 shift operations. This role involves acting as a liaison between the Lab and Laser safety room, monitoring, documenting, and cleaning steel parts installed into semiconductor equipment.

Work Environment
Work in a lab/cleanroom setting alongside operations and engineering teams. The role offers a compressed work week schedule with openings for the front end (Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday) and back end (Thursday-Sunday and every other Wednesday), including built-in overtime. The dress code requires steel-toed shoes and long pants, with all other PPE provided. Punctuality and attention to detail are crucial in this environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
