- Req#: 17899
- Post reoccurring and non-reoccurring monthly journal entries in SAP and document the support for review and audit purposes.
- Assist in the monthly close process including project reviews, process settlements and monthly reporting.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations for multiple divisions in two companies.
- Work with accounting and other departments to correct outstanding items as needed.
- Review timesheet errors and make corrections weekly.
- Prepare and distribute various weekly and monthly reports.
- Create and review cost centers files monthly.
- Load budget information into SAP.
- Assist with interim and annual audit requests.
- Work on efficiency/time saving processes for the divisions.
- Other requests as assigned from Controller.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum two to four years relevant work experience.
- Experience with SAP ERP System strongly preferred.
- Manufacturing and/or Project Accounting experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
