Job Description

- Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Support analysis of financial data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Post journal entries for various transactions, including revenue, expenses, and accruals.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, including collections and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, including GAAP.
- Prepare documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with the team to address audit findings and implement corrective measures.
- Assist in variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual results.
- Provide data and insights to support financial decision-making processes.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4 or more years of Accounting experience in a corporate setting
- CPA holder (preferred)
- Experience with E-commerce environment will be a plus.
- Proficient in accounting software and tools (experience with Oracle NetSuite will be a significant advantage).
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
