Prepare and post adjusting journal entries

Reconcile accounts including bank statements and intercompany ledgers

Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end accruals and financial close tasks

Maintain the general ledger chart of accounts and fixed asset ledger

Assist with internal and external reporting and audit support
-
Renew and maintain business licenses (occupational, gaming, etc.)

File timely and accurate sales tax reports
-
Prepare monthly vendor and customer rebates
-
Collaborate with internal teams on inventory adjustments and payment follow-ups
-
Support other accounting tasks and special projects as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proficient in Excel, Word, G-Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
-
Familiarity with GAAP and general ledger accounting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
