- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Conduct audits and implement internal controls to enhance financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategies and decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
