What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounting for various clients, including Ultra High Net Worth Families, Businesses, and Private Foundations
- Handle vendor invoices, monthly activity recording, and payroll processing
- Reconcile bank and investment statements
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist tax professionals with tax information
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as Quickbook, Bill.com, Xero, or Harvest
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial services industry
- CPA certification
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other accounting software
