      Job Duties and Responsibilities

      Our investment in the future needs those with an eye on the money. Our accounting and finance teams support our game-changing ideas with creative solutions to complex problems in forecasting, compliance and project management.

      As part of our team, you will help build the financial foundation that makes cutting-edge innovation possible. You’ll help establish and improve processes as we scale our Retail Wireless business and provide insight into our financial performance to help the business make better decisions.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Prepare month-end journal entries to ensure an accurate and timely close
      • Analyze, investigate, and explain variances in the monthly income statement and balance sheet
      • Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and maintain reconciliation subledger schedules
      • Work with business partners in IT, Billing, and Business Operations teams to stay up to date on the latest product offerings
      • Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data from our enterprise data lake

      Skills, Experience and Requirements

      The ideal candidate will be excited about a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that rewards innovation, proactivity, and teamwork. This is a hands-on position with direct access to senior management and will play an important role in our success.

      Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor and/or master’s degree(s) in accounting
      • Inherent curiosity and eagerness to learn complex and ever-evolving businesses

      Skills and Qualifications

      • CPA, or equivalent qualification a plus
      • SQL
      • Advanced Excel skills
      • Self-motivated, able to problem solve creatively and meet expanding business needs as circumstances require

      Salary Ranges

      Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

      The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
