Job Description
- Req#: 11170
- Maintain, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
- Prepare timely and accurate month-end accounting close and associated tasks.
- Assist in preparing internal management review packages and effectively communicate risks and results.
- Seek opportunities to streamline and improve accounting transactions and work with the business to provide accounting and analytical support to meet internal needs.
- Assist with external audit deliverables, technical accounting, and other ad hoc accounting projects.
- Assist with the finance integration of new acquisitions, including process implementation, alignment, and monitoring.
- Liabilities accounting that appears on the balance sheet include accounts payable, payroll due, payroll taxes, accrued expenses, short-term notes payable, income taxes, interest payable, accrued interest, utilities, rental fees, and other short-term debts.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of operations accounting experience required, multi-location distribution or manufacturing company strongly preferred.
- Experience with liabilities accounting
- Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

You will support General Accounting focusing on Operations, perform reconciliations and roll-forwards, and provide management with related analyses and establish expertise in selected areas.
