  Responsibilities:
  
  Cross-Functional Business Support:
  • Lead inventory adjustment meetings to optimize earnings.
  • Review customer profitability, margin opportunities, and incentive agreement compliance.
  • Collaborate on structuring and analyzing new incentive/MDA agreements for profitable sales growth.
  • Drive revenue and profitability by reviewing and approving customer rebates.
  • Resolve pricing questions and cost issues impacting customer pricing.
  • Manage and train on the CDMR (Customer Dedication Management & Resolution) process.
  • Research and resolve vendor-related issues.
  Planning and Forecasting:
  • Partner with the Area Director on annual budgets and Balance of Year (Candidate) forecasting.
  • Independently prepare annual budgets for up to four distribution centers.
  • Complete weekly flash reports and monthly forecasts.
  • Present financial plans and forecasts to leadership.
  Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Partner with the Area Finance Director and the Finance Service Center for timely, accurate financial statements.
  • Prepare internal management reports and conduct financial analyses, including.
  • Internal controls.
  • Operational trends.
  • Customer profitability.
  • Decision support.
  Internal Controls and Compliance:
  • Own Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) compliance across the area.
  • Serve as the point of contact for accounting/internal control issues.
  • Manage fixed asset records.
  • Function as backup for Area Finance Director when needed.
  • Complete ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.
  Requirement/Must Have:
  • BS in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of accounting or financial analysis experience, or 5 years in public accounting.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal control management.
  Should Have:
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and SOx compliance.
  • Advanced financial analysis and forecasting skills.
  Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  Qualification and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
