What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure timely and actionable financial information according to accounting principles
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis
- Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support annual audit preparation and facilitation
- Provide accounting support for audit, forecasting, and budgeting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Previous experience in public accounting or audit
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Keen ability to identify trends in financial data
- Experience as a CPA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
