      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and auditors
      - Investigate and resolve audit findings and accounting discrepancies
      - Provide support to Junior Accountants with training and day-to-day inquiries
      - Assist in budget preparation and design for management review
      - Participate in setting financial standards and recommending system improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
      - 3-5 years of accounting experience required
      - In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
      - Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
      - Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer service focus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Accounting preferred
