What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly/quarterly property financial statements for a portfolio of 4 to 6 properties
- Oversee internal and external audits and coordinate with various departments on requirements
- Assist with annual budget preparation and ensure timely and accurate entry into the accounting system
- Coordinate the Accounts Payable process, ensuring compliance with appropriate controls
- Function as a resource to site property teams, responding to accounting inquiries and client questions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
- Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience preferred; real estate experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload to meet client needs
- Client-focused with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with real estate-specific software, particularly MRI and Yardi
- Familiarity with fund reporting
