What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process complex accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
- Support budget monitoring and variance analysis
- Collaborate with departments across campus on financial matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience; Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred
- One to three years of related work experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
