- The Senior Accounting Manager oversees the GL accounting function and ensures the accurate and timely preparation of the consolidated financial statements, compliance with domestic and international regulatory requirements, and the implementation of accounting best practices.
- Support month-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, inventory costing, and financial statement preparation, ensuring adherence to GAAP standards.
- Manage Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee expense reimbursement inquiries.
- Driving continuous process improvement, you will identify and implement efficiencies through automation and collaboration, supporting long-term accounting projects.
- BS degree
- CPA a plus
- 7+ years of related experience
Job Summary:
Rapidly growing manufacturing company is looking to add on a Senior Accounting Manager to their growing team. You will be reporting to the Assistant Controller supporting accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, process improvements, and a timely month-end close.Location: Fremont, California
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $170,000 - 190,000 per year
Work Hours: 9 to 6
Education: Bachelor's degree
