      Job Summary

      The Financial Services Department plays a vital role within the Finance & Accounting organization and our company. The Financial Services Senior processor role is integral in managing all outgoing checks and incoming cash receivables and ensuring they are applied to the appropriate open invoice. This role not only handles the day-to-day financial transactions but also provides essential support in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization.

      Essential Functions

      • Process and manage all outgoing payments including vendor payments, payroll checks, and customer refunds.
      • Maintain accurate records of disbursement transactions and support internal and external audits with required documentation.
      • Monitor assigned AROs (Accounts Receivable Other) and apply incoming cash receivables to open invoices.
      • Track and record incoming payments including checks, ACH, and wires.
      • Identify the appropriate internal contacts to determine how to properly apply incoming receivables.
      • Accurately complete assignments and tasks, while paying attention to detail and processes.
      • Consistently manage time and resources to appropriately prioritize and complete job duties.
      • Organize information and documents accurately and efficiently.
      • Support on-going efforts towards processes to continue to manage risk and improve operational efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities.
      • Facilitate effective collaboration across multiple departments to achieve organizational goals and ensure seamless communication and teamwork within the organization.

      Education Description

      • Required - High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Preferred - Associate degree or equivalent experience

      Experience

      • 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience required.
      • Preferred - experience with SAP or other ERP system.
