      RH is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our accounting team on a temporary assignment that supports critical financial operations across our brand. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Access, and demonstrate a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within a fast-paced and evolving environment

      YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Oversee and interpret complex accounts receivable and revenue data across global operations, providing insights to drive performance and support executive reporting
      • Prepare monthly accounting entries and account reconciliations for receivables and deposits, including identifying and reporting variances
      • Support financial analyses related to transaction processing, expenses, and business trends
      • Contribute to the development of financial models that assist with evaluating current and potential business decisions
      • Assist in testing and documenting system enhancements for consistency and compliance with accounting standards
      • Help compile and present supporting documentation for external auditors
      • Participate in efforts to streamline accounting workflows and improve operational efficiency
      • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
      OUR REQUIREMENTS
      • 12+ years ideally in accounting, business administration, economics, or information technology
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; must be data-driven
      • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Access
      • Flexible and adaptable to change; actively open to improving current practices and procedures
      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
      • Work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for various audiences
      Please Note | This is a temporary, exempt, on-site position located at our corporate headquarters in Corte Madera, CA. It requires in-office attendance Monday through Friday.
