As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting Lockheed Martin's Corporate, EO, and Properties accounting teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial future.

      About the Role:
      In this high-impact position, you'll be responsible for preparing monthly reporting requirements, including Financial Statements, accounting research memos, Forward Pricing packages, Tax, and LRP. Your expertise will ensure the timely and accurate completion of the corporate accounting financial close process, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

      Primary Responsibilities:
      • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate accounting financial close processes with precision and accuracy
      • Assist in developing the corporate financial reporting package for the Vice President of Accounting
      • Support the Corporation's SEC filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
      • Prepare forward pricing packages for corporate headquarters, driving business growth and profitability
      • Collaborate on the implementation of new IT systems (Oracle and S4 Hana), Streamlining financial operations and improving efficiency
      • Maintain and document internal controls over financial reporting, ensuring SOX 404 compliance
      • Provide quarterly support to EY and internal/external audit teams, demonstrating your expertise and leadership
      • Research and analyze technical accounting issues, preparing comprehensive research memos to inform business decisions
      • Prepare incurred costs submissions, tax schedules, and special projects as requested
      • Contribute to the preparation of Proxy reports, 10K, and 10Q filings, showcasing your expertise in financial reporting

      Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

      National Pay Statement

      Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
      Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
      (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

      Premium Pay Statement
