      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor open aging of assigned accounts to ensure timely payment of customer invoices
      - Oversee customer relationships regarding collection issues and assist with payment processing
      - Resolve customer billing issues and account discrepancies
      - Interact with Key Account managers and customer care team members for effective communication on A/R issues
      - Manage 3rd Party Collection Efforts and support collection strategies to meet targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
      - 3+ years of high-volume corporate collections experience
      - Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
      - Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Nav
      - Experience with 3rd Party Collection Management Systems
      - Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
      - Process improvement experience
