      Where you'll be working
      Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region.       What you'll be doing
      The primary role for this position is to provide high level administrative support to the Ethics and Governance functions of the Research and Education Network, to ensure compliance with legislation, guidelines, policies and procedures governing the conduct of research at a National, State and local level. This position reports directly to the Manager, Research Office.

      Selection Criteria:

      1. Extensive experience working as a high-level administration officer with proven strong secretarial/administrative and time management skills.
      2. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills (including minute taking and composition of correspondence).
      3. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
      4. Demonstrated learning agility, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
      5. Demonstrated exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
      6. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships including those with senior management and other key internal and external stakeholders.
      7. Demonstrated high level capacity to use office computing applications including REGIS, word processing, spreadsheets and data bases.
