- Orders and maintains an inventory of items required. Orders new equipment or schedules service/maintenance.
- Manages/coordinates/tracks training requirements for work group.
- Provides back-up administrative/clerical support for other groups.
- Enters and maintains data into standard systems or into spreadsheets.
- Performs tasks in the payroll system to process time cards and troubleshoots inaccuracies or errors.
- Assists in the on-boarding process for newhires or transferring employees. May do additional HR processing as requested by supervisor using internal company applications.
- Prepares invoices, purchase orders and/or expense reports as required.
- Coordinates and/or performs projects.
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 3 years of general office/administrative experience

The Office of the CEO provides oversight over PG&E Corporation and its subsidiary Pacific Gas and Electric Company . The Office of the CEO is responsible for establishing the overall vision, values, and goals of the Company, and for driving the Company toward industry-leading performance.
Position Summary
The Senior Administrative Clerk will be a visible and forward-facing support role to the executive support team. They will be the first point of contact for guests and employees visiting the executive floor at our corporate headquarters in Oakland, CA (OGO). You will perform various clerical duties to include, but not limited to processing mail, reviewing, and distributing appropriately customer concerns (via paper and electronic), facilitate lunches, data entry, maintenance of directories, and assisting with department file maintenance.

The role is hybrid working from your remote office on Monday’s and Friday’s and in-person in OGO on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00 – 4:30pm. This can differ should business needs require.
PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $32.69 to $49.04.
