Job Description:
• The Senior Advisor and Project Consultant for Intermountain Health serves as an advisor to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and works across the enterprise.
• This position will work with complex matters and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, balancing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands.
• This position will play a large role in gathering and refining board materials and must be able to generate high profile and accurate executive and board documents.
• The Senior Advisor/Project Consultant must also have the ability to handle highly confidential information and matters with discretion and be a liaison between the executive leaders and stakeholders, both internal and external.
• The Senior Advisor/Project Consultant must collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others and build strong and sustainable relationships at all levels within Intermountain.
• In addition, the Senior Advisor must be an advocate for continuous improvement, evidence-based problem solving and have a fastidious attention to detail.Scope
This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer of the Intermountain Enterprise Leadership Team. This position will also partner across the organization.
