- Design and implement communication plans that support the organization’s goals and priorities.
- Write, design, and distribute a variety of content (emails, newsletters, intranet, videos, presentations, social media, and events).
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and alignment of all communications.
- Advise leaders on communication strategies and execution.
- Contribute to the evolution of communication tools, including the intranet redesign.
- Support the video communication strategy and internal event planning.
- Help implement the social media strategy.
- Collaborate on other strategic communication initiatives as needed.
- Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and a drive for excellence.
- Strong collaboration skills, intellectual curiosity, and organizational awareness.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (SharePoint, Adobe Premiere, Office 365, Canva, Copilot).
- Team spirit, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven success in developing and executing impactful communication strategies.
- Experience with intranet redesigns, video production, or social media is a strong asset.
