Job Title: Customer Analytics – Product Owner “NetPromoterScore, Adobe Launch & Adobe Target”

Role Description

The "Customer Analytics" tribe bundles the creation and orchestration of digital customer communication for our internal and external customers for the Deutsche Bank and Postbank brands in Private Clients Germany. The tribe consists of several squads that are responsible for PB GY's digital marketing platform on the one hand and the creation, orchestration, and delivery of data-based, individualized customer communication on the other.

The overarching management of the digital marketing platform is bundled in a product domain. The "Google Ads & Google Marketing Platform" squad is part of this platform and stands for:

- Ensuring the overall implementation of the NetPromoterScore Platform based on Qualtrics from a business and technical perspective

- Ensuring the overall implementation of the Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target incl. there SDKs and integration services from a business and technical perspective

- Interaction with Digital Sales, other squads in Customer Analytics and other tribes for the holistic implementation of Digital Sales capabilities in the new target structure

We are looking for a Product Owner for this Squad as soon as possible, who will be responsible for the product range of the NetPromoterScore, Adobe Launch & Adobe Target, lead the Squad and realize the strategic goals for Digital Sales and Customer Analytics in the coming years.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Management of the squad consisting of approx. 6-10 business or IT employees
• Core contact person for the "Digital Sales" division in the Private Clients Bank Germany for the coordination of technical requirements, alignment of target processes and support of implementation / change management
• Syndication of solutions and joint development with the other platform squads, solution architects and relevant stakeholders in the bank
• Participation in the holistic, strategically innovative further development of the digital marketing platform in collaboration with the leadership team and the customer analytics tribe.

Your Skills & Experience

• Senior experience as a product owner or project manager or as a manager in traditional or agile teams
• Knowledge of a NetPromoterScore Application, Adobe Launch & Adobe Target from a technical and process perspective desirable - Enthusiasm for learning and implementing new applications and processes as well as their continuous further development
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with problem-solving skills for complex issues as well as the ability to abstract to describe and analyze customer-related, cross-channel processes.
• Agile mindset, can-do mentality, strong communication skills, customer focus and strong problem-solving skills as part of a servant leadership approach
• Confident communication in spoken and written (English); knowledge of agile tools such as Jira & Confluence
