      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
      - Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
      - Monitor usage, assess user data, and identify opportunities to improve user experience
      - Create and maintain training materials to assist in product adoption
      - Oversee an actionable and prioritized backlog

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - 10 or more years of related experience in product development
      - Experience with Lean and User-Centered Design methodologies
      - Knowledge of and experience managing product development methodologies
      - Strong relationships across the business

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Extreme Programming methodologies
      - Familiarity with Enterprise practices or transformation at scale
