What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption
- Actively participate in agile development teams and support agile transformation efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand technical solution needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- At least 5 years of agile leadership experience, preferably as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
- Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions
- Background in supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, Policy Administration systems, or Data and Analytics
