  PURPOSE OF POSITION

  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced artificial intelligence solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to develop and deploy cutting-edge models and systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI technologies, a solid understanding of software architecture principles, and a proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects.

  Responsibilities

  • AI Solution Design: Lead the design and development of AI solutions, including machine learning models, deep learning algorithms, and natural language processing systems, to address complex business challenges.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the AI team, helping them to apply best practices, solve technical problems, and drive innovation in AI development.
  • Architecture Development: Define and develop the overall architecture and infrastructure required to support AI initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, define project scopes, and develop AI strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Prototyping and Proof of Concept: Create prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of AI solutions, working closely with data scientists and engineers.
  • Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment and integration of AI models into production systems, ensuring the models are efficient, robust, and scalable.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of AI models and systems, implementing optimization techniques and leveraging cloud-based services as appropriate.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest AI research, techniques, and trends, and actively explore new technologies and approaches to enhance the company's AI capabilities.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides, to ensure effective knowledge sharing and maintainability of AI solutions.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's or Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience (at least 8 years) in designing and developing AI solutions, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and proficiency in popular AI frameworks and libraries
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles and experience with designing scalable and high-performance systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of AI algorithms, statistical modeling techniques, and data preprocessing methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud, Open AI and familiarity with related AI services and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI projects on time and within budget, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
