  We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in both conventional and Generative AI models. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable AI solutions, working with cloud platforms, and leveraging advanced AI services.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with Python scientific computing libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle and conventional ML models.
  • Practical experience with Generative AI models and architectures, including large language models (LLMs), text-to-SQL models, and other generative frameworks.
  • Proven experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI solutions in production environments.
  • Solid knowledge of ML model optimization techniques for performance and scalability.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and their application in AI solutions.
  • Experience working with AI services such as speech-to-text, document AI, and other cognitive services.
  • Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passionate about researching and applying emerging AI/ML technologies to solve real-world challenges.

  Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions using both conventional and Generative AI models.
  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI solutions in production environments, including LLMs and text-to-SQL models.
  • Implement ML model optimization techniques to ensure high performance and scalability.
  • Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and model development to deployment and monitoring.
  • Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS) to deploy and scale AI services.
  • Utilize Python scientific computing libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and matplotlib for data analysis and model building.
  • Apply MLOps practices to streamline ML model development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Integrate advanced AI services such as speech-to-text, document AI, and other cognitive services into solutions.
  • Use RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) techniques to enhance the capabilities of AI systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement AI-driven products and features.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and continuously explore their application to solve business challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to present ideas, findings, and progress.
