      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug algorithms and software programs for software enhancements and new products
      - Develop software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools
      - Develop imaging engineering algorithms for medical diagnostic and clinical instrumentation
      - Work on cutting-edge projects focusing on machine learning and AI technologies
      - Collaborate with the HEM/UA Algorithms Team and report to the Senior Manager for Data Science and AI

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in developing in C/C#/C++ for Windows and Linux
      - 5+ years of experience in developing in Python for Machine Learning and Computer Vision applications
      - 3+ years of experience in building and troubleshooting Linux-based ML/AI deployment pipelines for edge-devices
      - 3+ years of experience in writing operating-system level scripts for software controls
      - 3+ years of experience in using TensorFlow and Tensor-RT

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in classical image processing and signal processing techniques
      - Knowledge of medical device data and procedures related to imaging
      - Experience with hematology and urine analysis devices
