- Provide technical leadership for a team of Digital and Analog mixed-signal IC design engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve technical objectives.
- Communicate design requirements effectively to the program team.
- Drive innovation in mixed-signal IC design, identify new product opportunities, and improve design efficiency through IP reuse and methodologies.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure requirements are met.
- Improve and maintain design processes based on lessons learned.
- Plan workload and resources for current and future design tasks.
- Interface with ROIC foundry support personnel.
- MSEE/PhD and 10+ years' experience in designing Digital and Analog Mixed Signal IR ROICs.
- Strong background in CMOS semiconductor IC design, including full custom analog IC layout.
- Understanding of deep sub-micron layout design practices.
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Layout L/XL, Assura, and Calibre.
- Experience with layout of custom devices and successful tape outs of major mixed-signal IC blocks.
- ROIC and pixel experience is a plus.

We are seeking a Senior Analog Mixed Signal IC Design engineer responsible for supporting the Read Out Integrated Circuit (ROIC) product development, architecture, design, documentation, and evaluation of our IR sensor solutions.

Benefits & Compensation
A competitive salary range of $177,500 - $236,600, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with match, stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement, and company events.
