  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Monitor the status of vendor invoices, ensuring timely delivery and simplifying the collection process
  - Create purchase orders that are accurate and complete
  - Validate invoice accuracy, process payments, and maintain historical records
  - Enforce data quality standards and monitor vendor performance
  - Support issue resolution and process improvement initiatives within the organization
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  - Basic problem-solving and communication skills
  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  - 3-5 years of experience in vendor management or vendor payment operations
  - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with SQL
  - Familiarity with Ariba
  - Previous experience managing purchase orders and payments
